MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) After a 17-year absence, Arts in the Park will return to Hitchcock Park in Mitchell on July 26, 27 and 28.  Nearly 100 vendors have committed to the event which will include a car show, food, music and other events.  The return of this once popular event is due to the efforts and coordination of Nancy Conzemius and Mayor Jordan Hanson
