MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The City of Mitchell will continue its war on West Nile Virus and other mosquitoes tonight (Tuesday, July 9) beginning at 8:30pm.  The City advises that citizens stay indoors, keep their pets indoors and keep their windows and doors closed during the spraying period.
