PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Heather Corrine Wipf, former treasurer of the Lane Logan Memorial, has been convicted of Grand Theft involving amounts between $5,000 and $100,000 after allegations of embezzlement surfaced and sentenced to eight years in state prison with three of the years suspended.
