MITCHELL, SD – Mitchell will see a mild, mostly dry start to the week before temperatures tumble midweek and a chance of light snow arrives Friday.

West-northwest winds 10 to 20 mph increasing to 20 to 30 mph in the afternoon, with gusts as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation around 40 percent, with little or no snow accumulation expected.
