The Minnesota Twins were down in yet another series going into the weekend but ended up making some magic happen. After a 2-0 shutout of Oakland on Saturday, they managed another win yesterday by a score of 11-8. Ryan Jeffers went 3 for 5 with three RBI and Connor Prielipp threw 5 2/3 innings of one-run ball in his return from the injured list to help Minnesota get the win. They now sit at 53-54 overall. The Twins will have the day off as they head home to prepare for a new series that begins tomorrow against the Kansas City Royals at 6:40pm on MLBTV.
