Man Charged With Murder After Assault Victim Dies

Shawn Roubideaux is now facing second-degree murder charges after a brutal assault in central Sioux Falls turned deadly. The victim, Daniel Marshall, died in the hospital from injuries sustained during the attack. Police say video evidence recovered from another suspect’s phone shows Roubideaux pointing at the bleeding and unresponsive Marshall and admitting responsibility.
