In amateur baseball last night, the Plankinton Bankers defeated Colome 12-4, the Wessington Springs Owls downed the Plankinton Gold Sox 5-2, the Kimball/White Lake Nationals beat the Chamberlain Mallards 10-2, Hartford/Humboldt rolled past Salem 12-2, Mount Vernon held off Alexandria 7-6, and Dimock/Emery edged the Parkston Mudcats 6-5.
