MITCHELL — The Kernels were held to just 35% shooting from the field as a team and lost to Harrisburg 68-59 on Tuesday.
Ethan Determan led Harrisburg with 27 points. He scored 23 of those in the second half.
Caden Hinker led Mitchell with 23 points.
The Kernels get back out on Friday against Yankton. The girls will play at 6 p.m. and the boys are set to tip at 7:30 at the Corn Palace. Pregame coverage on Pure Oldies 103.5 FM will begin at 5:45 p.m.
