A Wagner woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury for two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of felony child abuse.
51-year old Tina Sully was indicted on February 1st and has pleaded not guilty.
Between November 2017 and May 2021, Sully allegedly assaulted a minor female victim under the age of 18 with a belt and a hanger. The indictment also alleges that Sully abused, exposed, tortured, tormented, and cruelly punished the same victim.
Sully faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted. Trial has been set for April 12th.
