A Scotland man has changed his plea in connection with a triple homicide in November of 2021. Francis Lange yesterday pleaded guilty but mentally ill in the murders of his ex-girlfriend Angela Monclova, her father Librado Monclova, and Diane Akins. Vicki Monclova and a 5-year old girl suffered serious injuries from gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in the Scotland home of Angela Monclova. Lange still faces life in prison without parole. Sentencing was set for July 24th.
