MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A Sioux Falls man is being held on a 100-thousand dollar cash bond in a shooting incident that happened in the downtown area. Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says Dustin Gallego (guy-EGG-oh) faces two counts of Aggravated Assault.
