The Mitchell Aces got back to the field yesterday afternoon. It was another tough outing for them, and they could not stave off the Alexandria Angels. They fell by a score of 14-4. Next, the Aces will play on Sunday against Renner.

MLB

The Minnesota Twins had a nice battle against the Tampa Bay Rays at home last night. The game went 10 innings, and it was an RBI double from Yandy Diaz in the 10th that helped give the Rays a three-run 10th inning to win it, 7-5. Next, the Twins will play tomorrow and host the Chicago Cubs at 6:40pm.

WNBA

The Minnesota Lynx took on the Chicago Sky yesterday and defeated them by a score of 80-75. Minnesota won’t return to action until Thursday when they hit the road to face the Phoenix Mercury. Additionally, All-Star reserves were announced, and guard Courtney Williams, of the Lynx, was selected as an All-Star. It is her second time being named an All-Star, with the first time being in 2021 in Atlanta.
