Mitchell Basketball
The Kernel basketball teams will be in action tomorrow night in Mitchell. They’ll be hosting the Tea Area Titans. Boys/Girls JV will start at 3:30pm with girls in the auxiliary gym and boys in the main. Then it’s the sophomore boys/girls at 4:45pm with girls in the auxiliary gym and boys in the main. Freshman boys will play at 6pm in the auxiliary gym. Then you’ll have your varsity games get going with the girls first at 6pm then the (RV) Kernel boys at 7:30pm.
DWU Wrestling
The Tiger women’s wrestling team took on both Morningside and Buena Vista last night in Mitchell. DWU defeated Buena Vista 18-15 and Morningside, 30-10. Winning results include:

DWU Basketball
The Tiger basketball teams are scheduled for a road trip tonight. They’ll be over in Sioux City, IA as they prepare for doubleheader action against the Morningside Mustangs. Games will be played in the Rosen Verdoorn Sports Center with the No. 9 Tiger women playing at 6pm and the men to follow and play at 7:45pm.
SDSU Basketball
The Jackrabbit women’s basketball team gets back to the court tonight. They’ll travel over to Grand Forks, ND to face North Dakota at 7pm and it will air on the Summit League Network.
NBA
The Minnesota Timberwolves played the Utah Jazz last night and fell short, 127-122. Despite 38 points from Anthony Edwards to lead the way, Minnesota still couldn’t do enough to get the win. They allowed Utah to shoot 55% from the field. Next, they’ll play at home tomorrow against the Chicago Bulls.
