Tonight’s First Fridays on Main Street is set to begin at 5 PM in downtown Mitchell.
Mitchell Main Street and Beyond’s Ashley Endres says tonight’s event is a Summer Fun and Garden Party. Mitchell’s Regional Habitat for Humanity will have planters there for attendees to win. Live music will be provided by Starfire. Outdoor activities include basketball, cornhole, and a pickleball demonstration. There will also be a book swap at the Corn Palace Plaza.
Food will be available from Forking Delicious, J & J Concessions, Ole Red’s Eatery and Catering, Schroeder’s Snak Shak and Boss Dogg Kitchen.
The event is free and open to the public.
