Plans were revealed for a new Chinese restaurant in Mitchell at yesterday’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mya’s Teriyaki would be located at the corner of 5th and Sanborn which formerly housed the Easy Come Easy Go convenience store.
Josh Espinosa, who also owns Mitchell’s El Columpio and Corona Village Mexican restaurants, says it would be a quick service restaurant along the lines of a Panda Garden. In the future, the establishment may include dining with 50 seats inside and a tea bar.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the plan.
