SIOUX FALLS, S.D.  (MITCHELLNOW) Minnehaha County Sheriff’s investigators are asking for your help after Cassandra Shields was reportedly found lying in the middle of Madison Street in Sioux Falls on Sunday night. Captain Josh Phillips says investigators are searching for information on where she was in the hours before. VERBATIM: “Investigators processed the scene. It’s believed, working with the coroner’s office, exposure is, um, a good cause of her death. What we’re asking for is what led up to that death.”   Sioux Falls had below Zero temperatures at the time her body was discovered.
