PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Rhoden and the South Dakota Department of Fish and Parks are unveiling a new license plate. The Habitat Conservation License Plate features four habitat decals, like a deer, meadowlark, pasque flower, and pheasant. Proceeds benefit habitat conservation in the state. The specialty plates are valid for three years.
