In January, they were reportedly abandoned in a Sioux Falls dumpster. But the report was recently debunked by authorities who revealed it was made up by the owner to get rid of the puppies because they didn’t want to take care of them. The puppies have been in foster care for the last nine weeks and are back to full health. Sioux Falls Animal Control is still working to hold the original owner accountable for the false report
