PINE RIDGE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A man is facing eight years in federal prison after he punched another man, leading to his death. Raymond Bald Eagle pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter earlier this year. Authorities say he punched Clarence Janis in the face, causing an aneurysm to burst. The incident happened on the Pine Ridge Reservation last June. Bald Eagle was due to be sentenced on Monday, but his sentencing was delayed until June 18th, according to court records.
