MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Department of Public Safety is reporting 41 injury accidents and two deadly crashes during the first five days of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Officers have made 70 DUI arrests and issued 873 citations in the Sturgis and Rapid City districts so far. Meanwhile, the roar of the rally keeps growing as almost 310-thousand bikes have rolled into town since Saturday, an eleven-percent increase from last year.
