MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Five people from South Dakota are part of President Donald Trump’s January 6th pardons. On Tuesday, Trump pardoned over 15-hundred people charged with crimes related to the U.S. Capitol riot. South Dakotans James Haffner, Billy Knutson, Darrell Goins, William Knight and Amy Willis were charged for their involvement on January 6th. Their charges included disorderly conduct, picketing in a capitol building, and obstruction of law enforcement among others. All pending cases are now expected to be dismissed.
