SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The investigation into a murder in Sioux Falls earlier this month continues. Police responded to 8th Street and Indiana Avenue on Saturday, March 8th, where they found a man with a severe head injury as the result of a fight. Jacob Gallman Ringing Shield later died at the hospital. During a briefing on Monday police said progress is being made in the investigation and that there is no danger to public safety.
