SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A man who was arrested a year ago on drug charges is now awaiting sentencing . Meron Woldu pleaded guilty on Wednesday in federal court in Sioux Falls. He admitted being part of a conspiracy to obtain pills in Arizona containing fentanyl for distribution in South Dakota. Around nine-thousand fentanyl pills on their way to Sioux Falls were discovered in a suitcase search at an Omaha bus station. Woldu is scheduled to be sentenced in June.
