MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Letters have been circulating from and Insurance Company addressed to Mitchell Homeowners relating to their waterlines and coverage. This Company is not associated with the City of Mitchell. If you are being threatened with fees or assessments, please contact us. We are not charging homeowners to complete the lead and copper service line inventory. If we are working on a replacement project for your home, you will be contacted by City of Mitchell Employees and not a third party.
