MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Supreme Court heard arguments late this morning in a lawsuit over a proposed new prison in Lincoln County.
Attorney A.J. Swanson, the attorney for landowners who filed suit to stop the prison plans, says neighboring landowners were blindsided by the announcement of the location just over a year ago. The South Dakota Supreme Court heard arguments today in a lawsuit challenging the proposed new prison in Lincoln County. A.J.
