MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Attorney General Marty Jackley says the Division of Criminal Investigation is looking into the death of a fourth inmate at the state penitentiary since February. The latest case involves 42-year-old Nicholas Skorka, who was found dead in his cell on Tuesday.
