SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Minnehaha County Commissioners are being asked to reconsider allowing the United Way to conduct its annual fund drive on county time. Sioux Falls resident Dan Goehler told commissioners the United Way has a distinct political agenda that isn’t shared with all county citizens. County Auditor Leah Anderson also questions the fund drive, saying it takes up valuable county resources.
