SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Another arrest has been made in connection to the downtown Sioux Falls shootout that happened in late June. Dok Stephen is now in custody, facing charges of aggravated riot. Police say he was with Juliane Kubara and others when gunfire was exchanged with Zachariah Ruffner in a crowded parking lot on June 22nd. One person suffered minor injuries and several vehicles were damaged. Authorities are still searching for a fourth suspect.
