SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A Sioux Falls man will spend the rest of his life in prison for killing three people at a bonfire in 2024. A Lincoln County judge sentenced 32-year-old Justin Rackley to three life terms without parole after his conviction on three counts of first-degree murder. Prosecutors say Rackley opened fire during a gathering near 58th Street and Drexel Drive, killing Daniel Kemnitz, Kellie Reaves, and Michael Thompson, and injuring two others.
