MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — A Mitchell woman has been sentenced in a witness tampering case connected to a child abuse investigation.

Forty-one-year-old Becky Robertson received a 10-year prison sentence that was fully suspended after pleading guilty to one felony count of witness tampering. In addition to the suspended sentence, Robertson was ordered to complete 10 years of probation and pay a $1,000 fine.
